The ELC and the Children's Ministry of First United Methodist Church work together to provide an environment where students can develop and grow their faith. Our preschool students attend chapel services weekly. Services are led by Reverend Kale Wetekamm, FUMC’s Pastor to Children and Youth, and Sarah Wright, FUMC Associate Director of Children's Ministry, and a dedicated team of lay leaders and story tellers. Music is provided by Lamar Drummonds and Holden Miller, of the FUMC Worship and Music Team. Included are interactive Bible stories, singing, verses, and both classroom and home extension resources.
